AOTEA STREET, MISSION BAY
  • Major excavations on steep site

THE STRAND, TAKAPUNA
  • Major demolition and restoration
  • Initial brick and tile cladding, changed to plaster cavity
  • Created modern town-house with outdoor flowing decks to sea views

LAMMEMOUR DRIVE, ST HELIERS
  • 520 sq m, multi storey masonry house
  • Part of exterior cladding with negative detail
  • Concrete mid-floor, comflor trays used
  • Underfloor heating
  • Stereo system throughout
  • Due to site being steep into a gully, a boxed insuite concrete swimming pool was also anchor locked to foundations
  • 24 month completion

  • Masonry construction
